Download to Updates Folder and run Update Manager to install updates. All updates are cumulative.
ver 4,51 allows Individual rosters to be emailed. Email addresses are obtained from payroll with the email payslips box ticked.

BRS Rosters integrates with the Payroll giving the option of a timeclock with the payroll system.
Employees use barcoded identification cards which can include an ID photo to be worn on their uniforms or alternately magnetic swipe cards can be used.
Employees need only clock on when they start and clock off when they leave. Any changes of cost centre and breaks during their shift are handled by the Roster program.

Software is accessed in Rosters/Read Clock/BRSAttlgs after setting Clock file version to 5 in Rosters/Setup/Default - click on BRS Attlogs button..
Download and unzip into syswow64 folder if you have one or system32 folder on a 32 bit system and run installdllbat file as administrator (batch file runs regsvr32 on the hfemkeeper.dll)
Before installing note clock IP and port settings and download directory.
Reqires Rosters ver 4.35 or greater and Pay ver 10.00 or greater
Input clock IP, Port and download directory and input the site name. Test the installation by setting clock time to pc time - there should be no error message and the time set is displayed. Test the download without clearing times and make sure to delete the test file so it is not uploaded to the rosters more than once.
Download and unzip into each BRS data directory with Roster databases installed and having an iClock 360 fingerprint clock.
