BRS Security Billing system is a powerful yet easy to use debtors module which allows for the easy generation of periodic monitoring invoices. The system is written from the ground up for the Security industry and is not a modified off-the-shelf debtors module.
In use since 1984, monitoring invoices can be automatically generated for clients paying monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly and different clients may have different billing periods. Clients can be billed at each start of their nominated period or periodically by the anniversary of their start date.
Quotes can be produced and printed from the Billing system which can then be turned into a job which can then be turned into an invoice. Ad-hoc invoices can be raised at any time for installations, service, sale of stock, etc.
Comprehensive Client and Site Database
The system’s client database includes: contact names and numbers after-hours numbers control room circuit numbers panel information service dates and history sector details pop-up reminder dates, etc Email invoice copies.
Full stock control is incorporated with the ability to have stock in different locations or service vehicles which can then be booked out to a specific job. The job (installation, service, etc.) can then be invoiced to the client.
The billing system has two versions:
Monitoring Providers Bureaux The monitoring providers version includes: Full multi-user support Ability to bill bureaux clients directly on behalf of their bureau, to bulk bill the bureau or to pay various commissions on sales or services Manages commissions and payments to bureaux
Each Client can have multiple sites and each site can have multiple periodic fees. Periodic equipment rentals are also automatically generated.
